Refund and Exchange
At THE CLOSET, we strive to provide high-quality products. Please review our refund and Exchange policy carefully.
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or incorrect products. Currently. If you receive a damaged product, we will issue a full replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- To process your complaint, you must provide an unboxing video. This video should be unedited, uncut, and uninterrupted, and highlighting the issue.
Return Process
As we do not offer a return pickup facility, customers are responsible for sending the parcel back to our address within 3 – 5 days
Replacement Timeline
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or an item different from what you ordered, a free replacement will be provided within 10 – 12 days of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too if the payment was done via credit card.
